This class will be held at the Horsehair & Hessian workshop in Tostock Suffolk
On Thursday 4th December 9.30-4pm
The class is limited to 6 people so everyone gets plenty of help
The course is designed for complete beginners or for those looking to refresh their sewing skills
I’ll guide you through the basics of using a sewing machine, including how to thread,fill a bobbin and sew a variety of stitches.
You’ll then have choice of whether to make a small useful lined bag and a zipped box pouch or a large fully lined tote bag with a large zipped pocket plus a smaller pocket. You will learn how to sew seams, attach a lining and straps and insert zips.
These make fabulous presents and are great for using up all your scraps of left over fabrics 🌸
